Vor 18 Monaten konnte ich nicht eine Zeile Code schreiben.
Heute laufen 4 Produkte.

Ich bin Tom. Marketing-Mensch, kein Entwickler. Dann wurde ich Vater, wir trennten uns, und ich brauchte eine App die es nicht gab. Also lernte ich sie selbst zu bauen.

Seitdem baue ich AI-Produkte. Für mich. Und für Leute die ein echtes Problem haben — aber kein 50-köpfiges Team brauchen wollen.

18 months ago I couldn't write a single line of code.
Today I run 4 products.

I'm Tom. Marketing guy, not a developer. Then I became a father, we separated, and I needed an app that didn't exist. So I learned to build it myself.

Since then I build AI products. For myself. And for people who have a real problem — but don't want to hire a 50-person team.

Kein Startup-Märchen. Einfach Realität.

No startup fairytale. Just reality.

BWL studiert. Sales und Marketing in Startups und Konzernen. Dann ein VC-Startup das keine Investoren mehr fand. Beziehung beendet. Depressionen. Eine schwierige Phase ohne klaren Plan.

2025 die Diagnose: ADHS. Endlich eine Erklärung. Warum mir Dinge schwerer fielen als anderen. Warum ich Termine vergesse und 47 Tabs offen habe. Kein Defekt — ein anderes Betriebssystem. Neuer Mut. Neues Leben.

Mein Sohn ist zweieinhalb. Seine Mama und ich leben getrennt. Keine App hat uns geholfen — alle fokussieren auf Konflikte statt aufs Kind. Also habe ich Sonnentaucher gebaut. Als alles deployed war — ein tiefes Gefühl der Befriedigung. Ich war selbst überrascht. Daraus entstand der Impuls durchzustarten.

FLOW COCKPIT kam danach. Weil jede Produktivitäts-App mich nach einer Woche langweilte. Verschlüsselt auf meinem Gerät. Funktioniert, weil ich es jeden Morgen selbst brauche.

Dann ZehnX Academy — eine selbstlernende AI-Plattform. 600+ Kurse, 8 AI-Professoren, eine Knowledge Engine die niemals schläft.

Alles solo gebaut. Kein Team, kein VC, kein Informatik-Studium. Aufgewachsen in Jülich an der Rur. Heute in Köln.

Business degree. Sales and marketing in startups and corporations. Then a VC-funded startup that ran out of investors. Relationship ended. Depression. A difficult phase with no clear plan.

2025 the diagnosis: ADHD. Finally an explanation. Why things were harder for me than for others. Why I forget appointments and keep 47 tabs open. Not a defect — a different operating system. New courage. New life.

My son is two and a half. His mom and I live separately. No app helped us — they all focus on conflict, not the child. So I built Sonnentaucher. When everything was deployed — a deep feeling of satisfaction. I surprised myself. That moment sparked everything that followed.

FLOW COCKPIT came next. Because every productivity app bored me after a week. Encrypted on my device. Works because I need it every morning.

Then ZehnX Academy — a self-learning AI platform. 600+ courses, 8 AI professors, a knowledge engine that never sleeps.

All built solo. No team, no VC, no CS degree. Grew up in Jülich. Now in Cologne.
